Practical tips
A straight footpath beside the P-980 road. Shaded fountains in Población, Revenga and Villarmentero de Campos. The quieter Villovieco variant along the Ucieza river adds about 1 km.
Along the way
Villalcázar de Sirga
Its huge church of Santa María la Blanca was linked to the Templars, and its miracles are sung in the Cantigas of King Alfonso X.
