A boat across the bay to Santoña, beaches and marshes, then farmland to Güemes.
Practical tips
The Santoña ferry runs from mid-March to late October; in winter detour inland via Colindres and Escalante (+4.1 km). The climb over El Brusco is steep and narrow.

Famous for its anchovies, canned here since the 19th century, and for the marshes of the Santoña natural park.
