Practical tips
Mostly flat. The route follows and crosses the N-550 at A Seca. Bars at A Cendona, Touceda, San Amaro, Valbón, A Seca and Tivo, some a little off route.

The route passes vines on pergolas, typical of the Rías Baixas, the home of Albariño wine.

A spa town used since Roman times. A public fountain of hot spring water in the centre is perfect for soaking tired feet.
